Kapa Nui Nails Shipping Policy

Mahalo for visiting and shopping with us. The following is our shipping policy: 


Shipping Processing Time 

We are committed to shipping your order within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders received on Friday's after 3:00pm HST will be processed the following Monday morning.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our shipping calculator is located at check-out. All shipping options will be made available for your selection. The most common method is U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). Please allow 3-10 business days for standard domestic delivery and 7-14 days to Canada.

Orders that qualify for U.S. free shipping will be shipped via Standard USPS. Free shipping threshold means the total amount of the purchase (not including exclusive discounts, tax, and shipping costs)


Accurate Address Information

Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when you place your order. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the carrier directly so please verify your information prior to placing your order.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Tracking information is available on your Kapa Nui Nails account.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

For International orders, all orders shipped outside of the USA may be charged import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. Shipping delays may occur if your package is selected to be reviewed by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees or delays that may be imposed by your country.


Damaged, Lost or Stolen packages

Please know that we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages To prevent theft; we encourage you to purchase 'signature confirmation' to ensure you receive your delivery in hand or purchase package insurance. 

Should you suspect your package is lost. Please do the following:

  1. Contact the delivery service to check on the status of the delivery.
  2. email us at aloha@kapanui.com so we can also check on our end.
  3. Contact your local delivery carrier to see if they have a hold on the package.
  4. Several days after expected delivery; file a claim with the delivery service. 

Should you suspect your package is stolen. Please do the following

  1. File a police report
  2. Contact the delivery service and file a theft report
  3. Contact your credit card company to see if you are covered under a purchase theft protection

Should your  package arrive damaged. Please do the following

  1. File a claim with your delivery service.
  2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
